Refund Policy

1. General Overview

TOADS LLC ("The Opposites Attract Dating Services") provides digital subscription memberships and matchmaking features. Because access to digital content, profiles, and messaging features is granted immediately upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable except as explicitly provided in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Statutory Right of Cancellation

If you reside in a state or country where local laws mandate a statutory cancellation window for dating services or online subscriptions (e.g., California, New York, Illinois, or the European Union):

• You have the right to cancel your subscription without penalty within 3 business days (or 14 days in the EU) from the date of your initial transaction.
• To exercise this right, you must submit a written cancellation notice before midnight of the third business day following your purchase.
• Upon receipt of a valid notice, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations & Auto-Renewal

All paid membership plans (1-Month, 3-Month, Annual) automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled prior to the renewal date:

• You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting customer support.
• Canceling auto-renewal stops future charges. You will retain full access to your paid features through the end of your current billing period.
• Partial-period refunds or pro-rated credits are not issued for unused days remaining in an active billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Refund Requests

TOADS LLC may, in its sole discretion, grant a full or partial refund under extraordinary circumstances, such as:

• Unintentional duplicate billing charges caused by technical errors.
• Verified billing errors confirmed by our payment processor (Stripe).
