Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TOADS LLC ("The Opposites Attract Dating Services"). By accessing toadsdating.com or registering an account, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Mandatory 18+ Age Requirement

TOADS is exclusively designed and operated for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use this service. We employ automated age verification during sign-up. Any account created by or on behalf of an individual under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

TOADS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal, predatory, or harmful behavior. You strictly agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Human & Sex Trafficking: Promote, facilitate, or engage in human trafficking, commercial sex work, prostitution, or escort services.
• Financial Solicitation & Scams: Solicit money, cryptocurrency, loans, gifts, or promote multi-level marketing or investment schemes.
• Harassment & Hate Speech: Harass, stalk, threaten, bully, defame, or express discriminatory hatred against any member.
• Impersonation & Fake Profiles: Create fraudulent profiles, upload images of other individuals without consent, or misrepresent your identity.
• Copyright Violations: Upload copyrighted photos, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to third parties.

4. Prevention of Child Exploitation & Zero Tolerance for CSAM

TOADS LLC enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any predatory behavior targeting minors.

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

Any upload, distribution, transmission, solicitation, or possession of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct or exploitation is strictly illegal and strictly forbidden across all services, messages, and profile uploads on TOADS.

4.2 Immediate Account Restriction & Content Quarantine

Upon detection, automated alert, or receipt of any report involving suspected CSAM or child exploitation:

• The associated user account, active sessions, and IP access are immediately and permanently terminated.
• All associated content is immediately removed from public display and placed into an isolated, secure quarantine environment.

4.3 Preservation Without Unnecessary Copying

In accordance with federal evidence preservation standards:

• Quarantined material, account identifiers, timestamps, IP connection logs, and metadata are preserved strictly for evidentiary submission to law enforcement.
• TOADS strictly prohibits any unnecessary reproduction, duplication, transmission, or internal distribution of suspected material.

4.4 Authorized-Review Access Only

Access to quarantined evidentiary records is restricted exclusively to designated safety compliance officers solely for filing formal reports with authorities. No unauthorized personnel or third parties may access these records.

4.5 Mandatory Reporting to NCMEC & Law Enforcement

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and relevant federal regulations, TOADS immediately submits comprehensive incident reports containing all preserved metadata and identifiers to:

• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (www.cybertipline.org / 1-800-843-5678)
• Appropriate federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.

5. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Payment transactions for optional VIP access, additional credits, or subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation can be completed at any time in Account Settings.

6. Abuse Reporting, Takedowns & Moderation

Members and copyright holders may report violations or submit takedown requests to our compliance team at support@toadsdating.com. All reports are manually reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Accounts found in violation will face immediate content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.

7. Account Ban Appeals

A suspended or banned user may appeal the decision within 14 days by submitting an explanation to support@toadsdating.com. Appeals are manually evaluated by senior compliance staff within 3 to 5 business days.

8. Law Enforcement Protocols
